丁香的味道

虽然距离圣诞还有一个多月,天冷了就想在家中弄个mulled wine派对。朋友Sandy自动自发收集了制作mulled wine的食谱,还陪我一起去买材料。在我家中的厨房里她手脚利落的煮起了糖浆、削起了橙子与柠檬的皮,我对整锅mulled wine唯一的贡献是,把丁香粒子往一颗苹果里插。散发出非常平静人心的丁香味道与苹果的香气交错,我在自己的手指头上闻到了好几个层次的味道,每一层味道都飘散出一种独特的姿态,但交叠在一起却清新不已。我被催眠了,在客人还没有到来的派对上,兀自沉醉在派对热烈的氛围中。

I think Glühwein in Germany is same as mulled wine.

阿鲸,mulled wine就是Gluhwein没错。去年有个德国朋友弄了请我们喝。希望你在德国的日子过得好好。
